Pupils at Waterloo Lodge School had a fun packed last day of Term. They took part in a carousel of activities that included: craft activities, such as painting hard boiled eggs, making their own Easter baskets from paper and making Easter cards for their loved ones. Pupils also engaged with mindfulness Easter colouring and wordsearches. They visited the immersive room, decorating their own eggs and made edible Easter nests in food technology. Pupils also had great fun in an Easter egg hunt around the school grounds, they worked together in their Forms to find the clues and to reach the end of the hunt to receive a prize!
The staff team have very kindly been donating food to make Easter hamper baskets. All the pupils were all entered into a raffle in which four lucky winners were presented with the hampers. Pupils also took great pride in visiting Buckshaw Retirement Village and Help the Homeless to deliver Easter hampers to the community. A fun day was had by all.
